I'm not familiar with Graff, but we've done some installs with Grohe and Hansgrohe. Grohe is very high end, their rough system is really nice, but getting parts is a nightmare. Hansgrohe is similar, but slightly easier to get parts, but nowhere as easy as Delta. Personally I always recommend delta.
