If you see a Perfect QQ-bang with +5 to everything, then the person who has it is a modder. QQ bangs at best will give you -5 to three stats, and +5 to three stats. Or if you get lucky with clothing and RNG, you'll sometimes get a QQ-bang with -5 to 2 stats and -3 to 1. and plus 5 to three stats. Here's an example of what I'm talking about ...

With level 4 QQ bangs you can get stats like +12/-6 which is is twice as much postivies than negatives.
