I recommend either Silent Resolve or Hit and Run. SR works great with builds that focus on using Phasewalk a lot, such as builds with Hard to Get and Blackout. HaR works well with Inner Glow and Radiance, allowing you to healing more and cause more shock damage. Plus the melee bonus is nice for ending Phaswwalk.
