Otherwise Reshade (FidelityFX CAS, Lumasharpen), NVIDIA Freestyle (Alt+F3 in game, Sharpen+ or sharpen). It doesn't hurt to play around with the different types and in general I try to tone down the sharpening effect as much as possible to avoid artifacts. I would like to try that since I'm using 1440p 144hz monitor paired with GTX 1080, and I'm currently using 16:10 resolution (1920x1200) to get more fps because my rig won't keep stable 144 fps on native resolution. Whether it be "needs a supported game", the filter button in the overlay not working at all, "restart game" etc. In the end, following this video when a new driver comes out has fixed it for me. However, I would like to point out that after installing the latest driver after wiping them, I did have to reinstall Gforce Experience.
The Image Scaling option is the new image sharpening. The main setting in the drivers is only on / off and when set to on (needs to be done globally!) you can set the shaperning via the slider. Funnily enough, the actual scaling part is done via a few new display resolutions that the driver adds when the option is set to on.{{Framework.description ?
