Hello,I have been using Arcane build PVE-only utilizing Eleonoras poleblade (+9), Dragon communition seal (+7), very rarely Sacred spear (+5 now), and some dragon incantations (rotten breath, frozen, fire etc) and then blood incantations (swarm flies, bloodboon) and flame grant me strength. I am mostly using eleonora poleblades mixed with incantations so I am playing more like a hybrid build.
